Ever since parking tickets came into being, people have been trying to find a way through them. Some failed hilariously, others managed to keep tickets at bay for sometime, but these identical twins have frustrated the law, and escaped parking tickets. Last year, Harold and Michael Lengen collected 29 parking tickets but escaped by telling the court that the “other one” was driving the car.
