EcoStopper – Solar-powered traffic lights

EcoStopper is a futuristic StopLight concept designed to relieve traffic unrest during blackouts. Extracting energy from the sun are solar panels that would supply juice to traffic lights when power goes out. Fading lights would warn the driver three seconds prior to changing color.
