Generally I don’t much like the idea of parts of my apparel changing form unless I want it to. But I guess product designer Hafsteinn Juliusson has a slightly different taste in, er, fashion! You see his latest collection of accessories presents a fresh take on the new found vegan obsession by bringing organic culture to the jewelry itself! I’m not sure how many people will appreciate having to tend to their rings and having to remember to water them every now and then but those regular gardening inconveniences apart, the collection certainly helps in making some pretty strong statements about the way modern urban dwellers relate to nature as an alien and obscure concept rather than the cradle of life!
