I think this is damn cool. Don’t you think the guy smoking the cigar looks really retarded?? Seriously this picture cracks me up! Haha, moving on, yes it’s a very good initiative and a safer alternative too. Most people smoke cigars/ cigarettes just for the smoke, this will be a better option for all of them.
Hey people, the world is getting more conscious about the fatal affects of smoking and we only want it to get better with more people quitting it. On the contrary, this piece of information would only inspire the ardent smokers to keep up with the job. This is something that would give them an excuse instead. All this apart, the positive thing is that it at least gives us freedom from that fatal smoke and still the desired affect stays.

Products like these will never overtake a regular cigarette. Smokers smoke ciggies for a reason and with this new product that whole purpose vanishes.
I agree this invention is good and might benefit few people, mind you I stress on FEW. Some people might even start taking this up thinking its healthy. I think the best and safest option is to quit. People addicted to stuff like cigs and cigars, will never quit in spite of gazillion other healthy options, because there is strong reason why they are addicted to the substance in the first place!
Nithya, you don’t think that the world is getting conscious and such products will never overtake the cigarettes but lemme tell you that the government is getting conscious for sure. From the 2nd of October ( Which is Gandhi Jayanti) the Government of India is banning smoking in all public and private places, so you would hardly see anyone carrying a ciggy in their hands. People to then resort to ways which satiate their instinct and this cigar scores high on that count with no smoke.
