You cannot always avoid hiring these 20-somethings, but you can make sure they’re not sleeping in the office, thanks to this wonderful eye position monitor called Visomate. The gizmo connects to the monitor via an USB cable and features a posture correction sensor that alerts the users when their posture is getting too sloppy (in a drowsy state, for example) and sends off an alarm. The $37 wonder gizmo, unfortunately features a mute button that allows the users to shut the alarm but when muted, the gizmo sends off a LED signal which is great for bosses who can keep an eye on those dang sleeping beauties from their cabin!
