So you thought knitting is only for bored grandmoms and lonely aunts? Surprise! Surprise! German designer Sebastian Schoenheit adds a contemporary dash to good old knitting and the result is as good as it can get. He clanked oversized needles and made use of yards of yarn to create his ‘300’ knitted carpet, that boasts of perfect proportions and modern design and is a tribute to the art and skill of knitting. The carpet is done in white.
