Hydro-training is catching up these days with physiotherapists and doctors suggesting that water is good for trainers and athletes. Water’s buoyancy helps a person to workout more and makes him/her feel less strain on the muscles. Buoyancy helps you in the rehabilitation of weak muscles and painful joints by reducing weight-bearing on joints. The Hydro-Physio- Lifestyle Underwater Treadmill might just be the answer. It comes with adjustable water depth, treadmill speed, current jet resistance are completely programmable. Working out in water is not only healthy and nurturing to the muscles but also is a very fun way of staying healthy. Those of you who don’t like to sweat it out while using the treadmill can actually buy this, stay cool and maintain your body temperature. So hurry up and buy yourself a hydrotherapy assisted treadmill!

That’s funny.. I always found running half-immersed in water much tougher than in open-air. In fact, my school cross-country team used to train that way. Hmm could I be wrong..
I think Freud’s principle comes into picture.. Maybe it is more pleasurable to have water around your legs
