Swing Skirt
A careful look at this piece of skirt left me at sixes and sevens, specially those ropes enveloping the shoulders and then left to dangle along the sides. This baffling creation has been named as Swing Skirt by its designer Rachel Griffith. She asserts an element of functionality for the skirt ropes. These could be anchored anywhere from trees to scaffolding-anything that is horizontal and strong enough to hold your weight. I may be skeptical about the claim, but Rachel is counting on all the swing takers to make it a complete sell out.
