Carving out a niche for vinyl toys and collectibles, 3D artist Phu! is back with his Phuturistic concept and this time he has customized both Billy Bronze and Fatima in new avatars called Astro and Aphrodai. With the costumes done in his signature silver and red motif, both the dolls were crafted specially for private collectors with the 3” Astro made in acrylic, brass rivets, cable ties, wire and a glass bulb used to create a mean jet-pack. Fatima, who is the ominously beautiful female character in Sam Flores’ paintings, is an 8” vinyl christened Aphrodai and comes with a movable frosted visor. The finesse displayed in both the vinyls really helps you understand why Phu!’s custom creations have been commissioned and showcased in various international exhibitions and shows across the globe.
